Aside from Lifts you’ll find Adam at CrossFit competing as much as possible.

With a love for leadership, Harriet thrives on keeping everyone passionate within their roles at Elevate. As an advocate for personal development, she loves to see her team develop inside and outside of the workplace.
Outside of work, Harriet is in her element on a volleyball court or wandering through the forest with her two young children and Belgium Malinois.
